Associate Program (VETI)
The Associate of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies is a 2-year program that provides you with a deep understanding of the Bible, theological synthesis, and hermeneutic practices. You will study a broad curriculum taught from a Biblical framework while gaining skills for effective ministry. When you complete this program, you can continue on to earn a bachelor’s degree through our Bachelor’s program or any of our academic partnerships.

The Bachelor in Christian Ministry at Victory Outreach Bible College was designed with you in mind! This Bachelor’s program focuses on spiritual formation, academics, communication, ministry, and outreach. Our goal is to graduate some of the best, brightest, boldest, and bravest visionary leaders who will continue the legacy of Victory Outreach in urban cities around the world!

Logos Bible Software and VOBC Partnership
We are excited to announce that Victory Outreach Bible College has partnered with LOGOS Bible study software to deliver VOBC-required textbooks.
In addition to the required course textbooks, all students who choose LOGOS books will also receive the Academic Basic plan, which has a value of over $1,700 of resources,
The textbooks students access on the LOGOS platform are theirs to keep for life. Plus, students can purchase any other LOGOS book at a 50% discount.
By equipping VOBC students with LOGOS, we provide a tool to serve them throughout their ministries. As you become leaders, pastors, and scholars, we pray that you will take this tool to help you become a generation of leaders with a more profound knowledge of Scripture than ever.
