Welcome

Victory Outreach International has been evangelizing and discipling the inner cities of the world since 1967 with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.

In 1983 we started our bible institute (VETI) to equip men & women for the work of the ministry.  Today, Victory Education Training Institute is one of the largest Bible institutes in the United States.

We are thrilled to announce that VETI has now become a part of Victory Outreach Bible College, offering students the opportunity to earn an Associate in Biblical and Theological Studies and a Bachelor in Christian Ministry.

Victory Outreach International is taking another step to ensure that the legacy of Victory Outreach continues, “Equipping a Generation of Visionary Leaders”.

To Equip Men and Woman for the Work of the Ministry

Victory Outreach Bible College is an institution of biblical higher education existing for the transformational development of students into visionary leaders; prepared to serve God in the Church and to reach the inner-cities of the world. We believe students should have access to opportunities that allow them to tap into their full potential and be all God created them to be.

To equip men and women called by God to serve in the manifold ministries of the church as pastors, teachers, evangelists, missionaries, and leaders in a changing world.

Educational Goals

Victory Outreach Bible College is dedicated to fostering academic growth, spiritual development, effective communication, dynamic ministry, and impactful outreach. Our curriculum emphasizes a comprehensive understanding of crucial subjects such as the Bible, Theology, Church Ministry, Urban Ministry, and General Education. We expect our students to achieve mastery in these areas, empowering them to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

Spiritual Formation
Students at Victory Outreach Bible College will embrace spiritual disciplines and embody the essential habits required for personal growth in their relationship with God and the cultivation of Christ-like character.
Academic
Students will gain a deep understanding of significant Biblical and theological themes from a Pentecostal perspective. They will develop critical thinking, research, and writing skills that will prepare them not only for comprehending scripture but also for higher education. At Victory Outreach Bible College, we provide an academic environment that nurtures growth and equips students with the tools they need for a successful future.
Communication
At Victory Outreach Bible College, students will develop essential public speaking and interpersonal skills to powerfully communicate the message of Hope and Plan of Jesus Christ. Through a captivating, logical, and relevant presentation, they will inspire others and make a lasting impact.
Ministry
At Victory Outreach Bible College, students will cultivate essential leadership skills that prepare them for impactful team ministry within local churches.
Outreach

Students at Victory Outreach Bible College will develop their knowledge and skills to effectively serve and evangelize the hurting people in the inner city.

Accreditation

School Accreditation

Victory Outreach Bible College is owned and operated by Victory Outreach International and, as such, is governed by the values, policies, guidelines, and overall mission and vision of Victory Outreach International.

Victory Outreach Bible College is not accredited by any local, regional, or national governing body. However, students will learn from instructors with at least one master’s or doctorate in their field. Upon completing any one of our programs, students will also have the opportunity to transfer their units to one of our partnering universities for an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
