FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s)

  1. Are classes offered in person or online?  All classes are taught via Zoom only on Saturday mornings, usually from 8 am – 12 pm PST.
  2. What is the application deadline?  V.O.B.C. courses are offered throughout the year.  Students can enroll at any time. Check the calendar for the school schedule.  Applications and the supporting documents are due two weeks before the start of the first course.
  3. What if I miss the application deadline?  You can still apply, but a late fee will be applied.  * Check with the office about the exact amount.  Email: info@VOBibleCollege.org or 909.599.4437
  4. If I only have a few classes remaining to complete my degree at VETI, can I begin VOBC while taking courses to finish VETI?  You must complete all of the course requirements at VETI to be admitted to VOBC.
  5. When are the courses typically taught?  Most classes follow a Saturday schedule,  8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm.
  6. How long are the classes on Saturday? A 3-unit course consists of three 4-hour sessions.

  8. Can I simply register for one course at a time?  Yes, but we highly recommend that you enroll in all of the classes in one module before enrolling in other courses.  A module consists of two or more courses.
  9. In a standard module, will I have the same professor for both courses? Sometimes a professor will teach more than one course in the module.  It will depend on the expertise and availability of the professor.
  10. Is financial aid available?  No.  The cost is intentionally low but competitively priced to make VOBC affordable and accessible.  Payment plan options are available, and they function to make the educational costs more manageable by spreading the payments out over the entire year or allowing students to Pay As They Go according to their financial ability.
  11. Do I have to commit to paying for the entire year upfront?  No, but if you pay for a year in advance, there is s 3% discount.  You can pay per class or per module (a group of classes).
